Foundation to give away $1,000 in Golf Ball Drop

The Ellinwood Hospital Foundation is holding a Golf Ball Drop to raise funds for Ellinwood Hospital and Clinic during its first-ever Foundation Golf Tournament on September 24.

The Foundation is selling chances to win a $1,000 in the form of a numbered golf ball. During the golf tournament awards, all the golf balls will be taken up high and dropped into a hole. The balls that lands in the hole (or nearest to the pin) will win the grand prize, with second winning $250, and third winning $100.

The Foundation is selling 1 chance for $20 or 3 for $50. (You don't get to keep your golf ball, but you get a ticket that corresponds to the number on a golf ball.) The contest is open to the public and golf balls are on sale now!
